‡ DISCLAIMER: FOR ILLUSTRATIVE PURPOSES ONLY. The "Eligibility & Merit Calculator" and the scholarship criteria outlined on this website are intended solely as a planning tool for prospective and current families. The results generated by this tool do not constitute a binding offer, commitment, or guarantee of financial aid or scholarship awards.
‡ SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION & FUNDING: All final award amounts are contingent upon: (1) Verification of family financial data (e.g., Federal Tax Returns, W-2s) by the school’s formal Tuition Asistance Committee and process, and will never be shared with the Scholarship Committee; (2) The subjective evaluation of the student’s application materials by the Scholarship Committee; and (3) The availability of scholarship funds in the SVA annual budget. Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee funding.
‡ FINALITY OF DECISIONS:: All determinations regarding scholarship eligibility and award amounts are made at the sole discretion of the Scholarship Committee. These decisions are final and binding, with no option for appeal or further review.
‡ POLICY CHANGES: Silicon Valley Academy (SVA) reserves the right to modify program requirements, income thresholds, award percentages, and application deadlines at any time without prior notice. This program is separate from SVA’s standard Tuition Assistance Program; families may not double-count awards unless explicitly stated in the award letter.
‡ NON-DISCRIMINATION: SVA does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, sex, or disability in its scholarship programs or any other educational activities. All qualified individuals are encouraged to apply.
