Student Privacy & Digital Safety (COPPA & G Suite)

G Suite for Education: SVA uses G Suite for Education. Students are assigned school accounts for educational purposes. Please note that students have no expectation of privacy on these school-managed accounts; administrators may access emails and files as necessary for safety and compliance.

Third Parties: We do not sell student or parent data. We only share data with trusted educational service providers (e.g., tuition management systems, learning platforms) who are contractually obligated to protect this data.

Media & Photography

SVA frequently photographs and records school activities for use in yearbooks, newsletters, and the school website. Parents have agreed to such use through their child’s registration on the Gradelink system. If specific concerns arise regarding a photo, please contact the administration directly.
